Golden Bay Fruit

An international B2B brand refresh for Golden Bay Fruit

Overview

Golden Bay Fruit is known for producing some of the juiciest fruit in the world, but their story was not being told. We worked with them to refresh their brand, revitalise their website, and form a story that could be told with both words and images.

Our new branding embraces our colourful beginnings, and better represents who we are. It is something we are proud of, and is a step towards an exciting new chapter for the Golden Bay Fruit team.

Logo

People know Golden Bay Fruit for their amazing apples, but when they first started it was all about the growers. During a time of uncertainty in New Zealand’s apple industry they banded together to form a cooperative. It was these humble beginnings that Golden Bay Fruit was born. It is this story of hard work, dedication, and collaboration that they wanted to tell with their new branding.

The interwoven branches of their new logo represent partnership, collaboration, growth, and empowerment. The implied circle of the icon suggests a golden sun — representing Golden Bay. We refreshed many components to align with their brand story, including logo, colour, typography, and imagery.
